Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Avon, Indiana. This role requires the candidate to be in office 1-2 days per week, with the remaining days working remote. Candidates must reside in Indiana or be willing to relocate.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the Accounts Payable position is responsible for accounts payable, bank deposits, filing for the Business Office, and other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:

+ Processes payments for purchase order transactions and invoices. Ensures payments are made to vendors according to the terms in the purchase order.

+ Audits invoices against the purchase order/receiving report for correct vendor information, items, and quantity.

+ Monitors invoices for correct information; investigates invoice or payment errors.

+ Processes annual 1099 timely and accurately.

+ Completes daily deposit timely & accurately.

+ Maintain central supply room for Business Office.

+ Other duties may be assigned.

Education:

+ High school graduate or equivalent

+ Experienced in Microsoft Office applications and multi-line phone system

+ Previous accounts payable experience preferred.

+ Great Plains experience preferred.
