Responsibilities

+ Provide strategic support to the organization in helping to maximize its ability to establish, market, manage and service loans and grants for community facilities, public utilities, and/or businesses

+ Deals with complex loans made to corporate and/or municipal entities

+ Obtaining and verifying accurate financial data

+ Conducting risk assessment with the determination of the need, value, economic potential, and environmental impact of a project.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Financial Analysis

+ 10 years specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS- 12; or its non-Federal equivalent that demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and understanding of commercial financing and credit.

+ Demonstrated successful experience working with Federal personnel at all levels of an organization

_Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_

+ Excellent written and verbal communication with a commitment to high quality output

+ Experience working with reviewing and analyzing financial data and making recommendations for financial programs

+ Highly organized, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively

+ People oriented, with the ability to remain objective e and communicate well with a range of personalities and audiences

+ Ability to identify and make recommendations for opportunities to streamline or gain efficiencies through processes or procedures

+ Ability to manage large complex spreadsheets and database tools

+ Ability to build advanced presentations, reports, and charts for effective communication to executives, leadership, and their customers.
