    Our Vision for this Role

     

    Responsible for escalated incidents and support from the System Administrators. Assist with projects including, but not limited to, Servers, End User Devices, Azure Infrastructure and Hyper Visors. Act with security in mind when administering technologies and new services. Work with Operations and the Business to implement solutions for projects.

    What We Will Accomplish Together

    + Providing support to System Administrator I position on escalated incidents

    + Assisting with troubleshooting server and systems issues

    + Assisting with monitoring physical and virtual devices

    + Assisting with server related projects, upgrades, maintenance, and documentation of systems

    What You Have

    + You should have acceptable equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification; Associates or Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, or equivalent

    + You should have 2-4 years’ experience in administrating and managing enterprise server systems including cloud and/or virtual solutions

    + You should have a strong knowledge and experience with PC hardware (A+ Certification a plus) and software technology, including operating systems

    + You should have experience with Server operating systems and services including Windows 2008/2012/2016, DNS, Active Directory, and PowerShell

    + You should have experience with O365, Exchange Online, Azure and Intune

    + You should have a basic understanding of networking protocols and processes

    + Finally, you should bring an excellent sense of humor to the table – we like to have FUN!
