    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate front-end loader to feed crushing plant and load trucks safely and efficiently

    + Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks

    + Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and operational efficiency

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production needs

    + Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently

    + Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial or construction setting

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs

    + Commitment to maintaining equipment and reporting issues promptly

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
