What You'll Be Doing
+ Lead engineering planning and execution for cement plant construction and modernization projects
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment and project success
+ Manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance to meet project goals
+ Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards throughout project lifecycle
+ Provide technical oversight and guidance during design, procurement, installation, and commissioning
What Are We Looking For
+ Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects in industrial environments
+ Strong understanding of cement plant systems, equipment, and process integration
+ Skilled in project management tools and engineering documentation practices
+ Effective communicator with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders
+ Commitment to safety, innovation, and continuous improvement in project delivery
+ **Experience in cement production and project execution is a plus**
**Work Environment** This role combines office-based engineering coordination with on-site project oversight. The office is located in Harleyville, SC and travel to other plant locations is expected. The work culture emphasizes collaboration, safety and technical excellence.
