    What a typical day as** **an** **3D Printing Medical Device Production** **might look like:

    Manage additive manufacturing (AM) production systems, processes, and quality control.

     

    Perform daily production workflows including manufacturing, quality checks, packaging, and shipping.

     

    Collaborate with quality control personnel to refine production processes.

     

    Train and support technical production staff in various 3D printing technologies.

     

    Maintain equipment performance through preventative maintenance and repairs.

     

    Ensure compliance with regulatory and production standards.

     

    Investigate production problems and implement corrective actions.

     

    Track inventory and manage shipping and receiving functions.

     

    Foster a positive work culture through effective communication and teamwork.

    This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

    1-3 years of experience in a 3D printing or medical device production environment.

     

    Technical degree or equivalent experience in the additive manufacturing industry; degree in 3D printing preferred.

     

    Proficiency in CAD software with the ability to modify existing files.

     

    Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 environments preferred.

     

    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex production challenges.

     

    Excellent communication and customer service skills.

     

    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with typical daily lifting around 20 pounds.
