PacArctic, LLC, (PAC) a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking experienced General Maintenance Workers to support PacArctic and our government customer. This is a Union position, and all benefits will be covered by the CBA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties:

+ Assist in general building maintenance, supporting mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.

+ Conduct building tours/inspections; manage work orders in NCMMS (MAXIMO).

+ Perform general repairs, respond to work orders, and miscellaneous tasks.

+ Assist with HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and electrical maintenance.

+ Maintain emergency power and fire protection systems.

+ Perform architectural/structural maintenance and preventive maintenance.

+ Maintain doors, windows, floors, roofs; clean mechanical rooms.

+ Clean drains and gutters; perform minor painting and repairs.

+ Manage furniture/equipment relocation and inventory.

+ Respond to service calls, including after-hours.

+ Assist with grounds maintenance and snow/ice removal as needed.

+ Maintain an active system file to Government access account ENT for NCMMS usage.

+ Complete Mandatory IT Security Training for Agency and Contractor Employees.

Required Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED

+ 2 years of experience in general maintenance

+ Basic knowledge of each craft trade for building operations, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities for electricity, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and communication systems

+ Minimum Education: High School Diploma

+ Certifications and Training:

+ General Employee Training

+ Asbestos Awareness and Asbestos Worker Training

+ Re-Tuning Training

+ NCMMS Training

+ Lead Awareness Training

+ Safety Training

+ CFC Certification Type 1

+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs
