The Opportunity:
We are seeking talented and motivated Full Stack Mobile Developers to join our team and help build innovative data management, situational awareness, and AI/ML solutions for the Federal Government. This role is ideal for developers passionate about creating secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications (iOS and Android) while working across the full technology stack.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications with seamless integration into a larger full-stack ecosystem.
• Build responsive, performant, and secure applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Implement intuitive, modern mobile UI/UX designs following platform-specific guidelines.
• Develop APIs and microservices to support mobile app functionality and system integrations.
• Optimize mobile performance, security, and scalability across devices.
• Leverage and extend existing codebases, ensuring maintainability and alignment with best practices.
• Work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and system architects to deliver features end-to-end.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications:
_Required:_
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years focused on mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience developing native or cross-platform mobile apps:
- iOS: Swift / SwiftUI, Objective-C, Xcode
- Android: Kotlin, Java, Android Studio
- OR cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter, Xamarin).
• Strong understanding of mobile design principles, offline storage, push notifications, and app store deployment.
• Familiarity with mobile security best practices (data encryption, secure storage, authentication).
• Backend/API experience with Node.js, Python, or Java (Spring Boot) and integration with REST/GraphQL services.
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ElasticSearch a plus.
• Microservices development experience (Spring Boot, REST, Kafka).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200-$158,100
