We deliver and coordinate a continuum of high-quality healthcare with the goal of improving the health of our communities. *Job Summary* Provides regional support to program total joint to enhance patient throughput, experience and outcomes. Utilizes data collected to make informed decisions to drive outcomes. * Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required; Master’s Degree in nursing or health/business field preferred * At least three years of experience in clinical area (such as orthopedics) or program management experience; three years of orthopedic experience preferred * Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license required * Certified Orthopedic Nurse Certified (ONC) preferred *Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:* • Ability to work effectively with other departments. • Computer literate and database managing experience • Ability to manage and organize multiple clerical priorities • Ability to work independently We take great care of careers.
