    Job Title: Mounted Wheel Technician

     

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a dependable and motivated Mounted Wheel Technician to join our team. This position involves mounting, dismounting, and balancing tires, as well as ensuring equipment is used and maintained safely and effectively. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Remove tires from rims and mount new tires.

    + Use tire mounting and balancing equipment efficiently and safely.

    + Balance tires using a tire balancing machine.

    + Assist in loading and unloading trailers or box trucks as needed.

    + Identify defective tires and wheels; mark and handle accordingly.

    + Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

    + Ensure safe handling and storage of all materials.

    + Determine whether a tire or wheel should be repaired or replaced.

    + Communicate clearly with customers about services performed.

    + Follow company policies regarding attendance, safety, procedures, teamwork, and training.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Must be authorized to work in the United States.

    Skills & Requirements:

    + Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

    + Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
