Commercial Tire Sales Representative
Job Type: Full-Time

Travel: Local customer visits and occasional deliveries required
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Commercial Tire Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves managing assigned customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating product orders and deliveries. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in both communication and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Visit assigned customers regularly to maintain relationships and drive sales.
+ Prospect and cold call potential new clients.
+ Use CRM tools daily to document account activity and update customer records.
+ Communicate parts orders to the warehouse and advise on stock or emergency status.
+ Confirm delivery timelines of non-stock items with customers before ordering.
+ Review and obtain approval for special orders and pricing from the Commercial Tire Sales Manager.
+ Provide clear delivery instructions to warehouse staff.
+ Perform deliveries to customers when needed.
+ Follow up on parts orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Coordinate service sales with the service shop team.
+ Submit completed call reports, time sheets, and expense reports on time.
+ Conduct fleet surveys and add new customers to mailing lists.
+ Attend training seminars and actively participate in company sales initiatives.
+ Represent the company professionally and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Skills & Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or 1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and smartphone use.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
+ Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
+ Valid driver’s license required.

+ Must be adaptable and willing to take on additional duties as needed.
+ Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
