Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for an Automation Controls Support Leader position to join our Tulsa, Oklahoma manufacturing location.
Your responsibilities will include
As an IFP Automation Controls Technician, you will assist the Senior MES Controls Engineer by providing support for the In-Factory Programming (IFP) equipment. Your responsibilities will include the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the system that flashes processors (ACU boards) during production. IFP support will include updating and maintaining model setup screens and PLC tables that associate unprogrammed ACU boards with the correct Flash Runner projects.This person will also assist the controls engineering team on controls/plant automation projects and day-to-day support to all areas of the plant where control engineering expertise is required.

_1st shift: Monday - Thursday from 5:15am to 3:45pm_
Minimum requirements
+ High school diploma or GED
+ 3 years of experience in industrial automation or production support within a manufacturing environment.
+ Understands computer operations and hardware, including software and file management.
+ Proficiency with software tools used for system configuration and diagnostics.
+ Advanced knowledge of electrical theory, industrial controls, and NEC
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Able to work days, nights, and weekends (primarily weekdays-1st shift)
+ Machine maintenance and diagnostic/troubleshooting experience
+ Proficient in PLC and HMI programming (preferably Allen Bradley SLC500 and CLX5000)
+ Able to read and apply information shown on drawings and schematics
+ Able to install and complete point-to-point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, VFDs, Interfaces, & Instrumentation
+ Must be able to work in a team environment.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
+ Ability to demonstrate overall safe work behavior; including the utilization of proper safety equipment and adhering to safety guidelines (lockout tagout, arc flash, etc.)
+ Must be able to complete all safety training/testing requirements

Preferred skills and experiences
+ Engineering Associates (or higher) degree or past additional training in Automation, Robotics, Electrical Engineering
+ Experience with Flash Runner or similar flash programming tools.
+ Knowledge of motion controls desired
+ Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D software
+ Experience working with 6-axis robots (preferably Yaskawa/Motoman) desired
+ Experience with barcode scanners, vision systems and/or vision sensors desired
+ Understanding of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and/or Lean Manufacturing desired
+ Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics desired
