    The Compliance Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of global compliance and privacy initiatives by identifying risks, contributing to solutions, and driving meaningful business impact. Success in this role requires curiosity, analytical thinking, and clear communication.

     

    This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a strong foundation in compliance, legal, or audit and a desire to grow in a global setting. You’ll work on impactful initiatives, collaborate across teams, and gain hands-on experience in healthcare compliance and data privacy. With close mentorship and exposure to integrated risk management, this position offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your development in a high-integrity environment.

     

    This position reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and is part of the Legal and Compliance team and will be fully remote.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    + Contribute to global healthcare compliance and data privacy programs, including risk assessments and strategic initiatives.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance practices and foster a culture of integrity across the organization.

    + Promote alignment between business objectives and compliance to support responsible delivery and sustainable growth.

    + Support privacy-related activities such as PIAs, incident response, and data subject requests, while expanding your expertise across the broader compliance landscape.

    + Assist in developing and delivering training, policies, and procedures, gaining deeper subject-matter knowledge through hands-on experience and mentorship.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

    + BS/BA degree and 5+ years’ experience in healthcare compliance, legal, audit, or a related field.

    + Approaches problems with curiosity and analytical thinking, contributes to collaborative solutions, and communicates clearly with team members and stakeholders.

    + Demonstrates initiative and openness to feedback, engages with coaching from experienced leaders, and actively pursues growth in a dynamic, global environment.

    The annual salary range $122,000 - $146,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

     

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

     

    We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
