    Our client is looking for a Configuration Technician for a 2-month contract in Melville, NY 11747.

     

    Our client is a multibillion-dollar company that provides end-to-end managed services, technology, and consulting to enable the digital workplace for small to enterprise businesses. Join their team to be part of delivering individualized experiences to a diverse range of clients in a collaborative and productive workplace environment.

     

    Contract Duration: 2 Months

    Required Skills & Experience

    + 3 -5 years of experience.

    + Mac and Windows 11 configuration experience.

     

    What You Will Be Doing

    Daily Responsibilities

    + Provide mostly in-person/deskside support with limited remote support.

    + Image and configure Windows and Mac devices for new hires.

    + Install necessary applications based on department-specific applications and use SCCM and JAMF to image computers.

    + Troubleshoot: VPN connectivity, Office applications, Windows and Mac certificates, and provide meeting support when requested.

     

    Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
