• Ability to manage stakeholders and work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
• Proficiency in program/project management tools and methods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support phased roll-out of SIGMA across global regions, following established deployment frameworks (including release management frameworks).
• Coordinate day-to-day program delivery activities, including scheduling, action tracking, and dependency management.
• Maintain program documentation, trackers, and dashboards to ensure visibility of delivery progress.
• Identify and monitor risks and issues, drive mitigation strategies, and escalate to the Director as needed for resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings, capture decisions and actions, and follow up to ensure completion.
• Drive consistency in delivery processes across geographies and teams.
• Lead creation of project artifacts (i.e. charters, impact assessments, communication plans).
• Partner with functional and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of program delivery practices and templates.
Requirements:
• 8–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategic Program Management, Product Ops, or Business Transformation.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise environments.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of operationalizing large-scale programs.
• Experience managing program delivery with multiple stakeholders and matrixed teams.
• Comfort working at pace with ambiguity; able to prioritize, escalate, and drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; trusted by stakeholders.
