Basic Job Functions:

Responsibilites for the Machine Operator include, but are not limited to:

+ Perform the startup and shutdown procedures for the assigned production line area.

+ Perform all of the following tasks: milling, turning, drilling, taping, de-burring, molding and all bench operations.

+ Perform basic preventative maintenance duties.

+ Report any malfunctions or abnormalities with equipment to the maintenance team.

+ Complete reports and answer inquiries, as requested or assigned.

+ Accurately record all material usage.

+ Maintain cleanliness of the assigned production line area.

+ Comply with all company policies and procedures.

+ Perform all other duties, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Excellent attendance and safety record.

+ Knowledge of basic machine functions.

+ Knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 1 year experience in a production environment.

+ Open communication.

+ Understanding of machine setup and tear down.

+ Use of HMIs.

+ Overhead crane experience.

+ Basic understanding of automation.

Must have supervisor and/or manager recommendation and must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
