Our banking client is seeking a Senior React Engineer to join their team. As a Senior React Engineer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting UI architecture, design, and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to see the big picture, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Senior React Engineer

Pay Range: $60-65/hr W2

What's the Job?

+ Lead UI architecture, design, and development efforts using React, JavaScript, and Node.js

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions

+ Drive initiatives and contribute to strategic planning for UI enhancements

+ Explain technical concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders

+ Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed across projects

What's Needed?

+ 8+ years of experience in UI development with React, JavaScript, and Node.js

+ Proven ability to lead UI architecture and design projects

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to give and take direction effectively

+ Experience with coding, architectural, and design questions during interviews

+ Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
