    Machine Operator - Direct Hire

     

    2nd Shift

     

    Our client, a leader in the industry in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team on 2nd Shift. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of a dynamic workforce supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong desire to learn, and excellent teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Machine Operator

    **Location:** Green Bay, WI

    **Pay Range:** $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, with a $0.50 per hour shift premium

    **Shift:** 2rd shift - 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Set up and operate machines

    + Perform process inspections to ensure parts are processed to customer specifications

    + Engage in preventative maintenance and continuous improvement activities

    + Meet production schedules and maintain excellent housekeeping standards

    + Operate forklift and hand power tools as needed

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to demonstrate a logical, detailed, disciplined approach to equipment operation

    + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

    + Strong desire to be an excellent team member

    + Logical and disciplined approach to equipment operation

    + Willingness to learn and grow both personally and professionally
