Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Medical Assembler where you'll start your journey in the coiling department within a cleanroom environment. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks both independently and as part of a team. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge medical components and contribute to life-saving products.

Responsibilities

+ Cross-train in various assembly areas including Molding, CEA Assembly, Laser Welding, and Implantable Housings.

+ Inspect, deburr, and file parts using hand tools such as pliers, filers, and knives.

+ Work with laser welding machines to finish small medical components.

+ Operate automated presses and stamping machines in the non-cleanroom area.

+ Use microscopes and hand tools to perform assemblies following written work instructions.

Essential Skills

+ 4-6+ months of experience in medical manufacturing or working with small parts.

+ Proficiency in using microscopes.

+ Experience in a cleanroom environment.

+ Familiarity with assembly processes, coil winding, and laser welding.

Most positions are in a cleanroom environment requiring gowning, while some are in a non-cleanroom area where eye protection is mandatory. The work involves varying between sitting and standing, with attire rules accommodating diverse needs and safety requirements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.78/hr.
