Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate where you will play a crucial role in the production of small metal parts used in Toyota vehicles. Our facility is equipped with large stamping presses, small machine welding stations, and production lines. We are looking for candidates with a 'no job is too small' mentality, as duties may vary based on production goals.

Responsibilities

+ Move materials around the facility efficiently.

+ Communicate effectively and maintain organization.

+ Engage in lifting and manual labor tasks averaging 50 lbs.

+ Transport at least 1000 totes per day.

+ Organize parts by transporting them between different totes.

+ Perform repetitive, non-stationary tasks.

+ Conduct quality checks to ensure production standards are met.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to stand on feet for 10+ hours a day.

+ Capability of lifting 30+lbs repeatedly.

+ Experience in a fast-paced environment.

+ Proficiency in using carts or pallet jacks to transport units.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in a production facility or warehouse.

+ Ability to lift over the head repeatedly.

+ material handler or warehouse worker.

+ Comfortable with manual labor.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment with fans to help cool the facility. Stand on your feet all day for 8-10 hour shifts while working with a team. Although you will work in your own station, you will never be fully alone.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.54/hr.
