    Assist with high volume product inspection, automated product packaging and labeling processes. The successful candidate will exhibit high attention to detail and will work in a fast-paced production environment that requires high manual dexterity, visual acumen for inspection of very small devices, sitting and standing operations. Candidate must be able to work in a clean room environment that requires full PPE that includes masks, gloves, hairnets and lab coats.

     

    + Key Responsibilities: • Ensures instruments match information on the Device History Record (DHR). • Operates compression molding machine to form parts, measures, counts/loads parts in to mold fixture and records data on DHR. • Operates pre-form press machine to cut rubber forms to DHR specs. • Manually loads and unloads compression mold machines, pre-form cutting machine, and post cure fixtures. • Performs visual and gauge inspections • Measures and inspects parts while operating machines, documents quality checks, and records required data on DHR. • Cleans and inspects machines and forming molds. Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent education and work experience Years and Type of Experience: No previous experience necessary Key Required Skills, Knowledge and Capabilities: Ability to work quickly and accurately; detailed oriented. Ability to operate microscopes, gauges and micrometers. Ability to handle small, sharp instruments. Ability to properly manage workflow and scheduling requirements. • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. • Ability to write simple correspondence. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole number, common fractions and decimals. • Basic computer skills such as data entry in to manufacturing software platform and email applications.

     

    Shift- 3rd Full Time

     

    Shift Start Time-11:00 pm

     

    Shift End Time7:00 am

     

    Work Days - [“Sunday”,"Monday","Tuesday","Wednesday","Thursday"]

     

    First Day Start Time-8:00 am

     

    OT Mandatory

     

    OT - Must be able to work on Fridays, to meet customer demand.

     

    Requested Pay Rate - 16.00/Hour

     

    **Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
