We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and resourceful **Bilingual Customer Service Representative** who’s passionate about delivering top-tier support in a fast-paced logistics environment. This is more than a customer service role — it’s a key position at the intersection of operations, problem-solving, and client experience.
What You’ll Do:
+ Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and internal platforms — in both English and Spanish.
+ Manage shipment orders from start to finish using transportation and warehouse management systems (TMS/WMS).
+ Liaise with internal teams (warehouse, dispatch, operations) to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve shipment delays, documentation issues, and urgent service requests.
+ Keep clients informed with timely, accurate updates on their shipments and service status.
+ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
+ Consistently meet or exceed service KPIs including responsiveness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
+ Contribute ideas to help improve service workflows and customer experience.
What You Bring:
+ High school diploma required; college coursework in business, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
+ Full bilingual fluency in **English and Spanish** — written and spoken.
+ At least **1 year of customer service experience** , ideally in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
+ Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
+ Confidence using technology and navigating logistics platforms (TMS, WMS, CRM tools).
+ A proactive attitude and a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.

**Pay Details:** $14.00 to $15.00 per hour
