             We're seeking an experienced **Clinical Director** to oversee the clinical operations of our outpatient and inpatient mental health programs. The ideal candidate will be a licensed clinical professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) with a solid leadership background, deep clinical expertise, and a passion for guiding both patients and clinicians toward long-term success. The Clinical Director plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care, staff development, and regulatory compliance across all treatment programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Providing leadership, supervision, and clinical oversight to therapists, counselors, and other clinical team members. + Overseeing the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. + Ensuring all clinical services meet state licensing requirements, ethical standards, and best practices. + Conducting regular case reviews and provide clinical guidance and support to staff. + Leading efforts in staff training, onboarding, and continuing education. + Monitoring clinical documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
