Electrical Engineer – Power & Building Systems Design
Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our collaborative team and work on complex, high-impact projects across the U.S. This role offers the opportunity to design cutting-edge electrical systems for mission-critical facilities, data centers, and commercial buildings—while enjoying a flexible work schedule and excellent benefits.
About the Role
As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and analyzing electrical systems for new and existing building projects. You’ll manage project deliverables, ensure compliance with codes, and create detailed layouts using AutoCAD and Revit. From load calculations to life safety systems, your expertise will help deliver safe, efficient, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform engineering and load calculations, equipment selection, and energy analysis.
+ Manage time and budgets to meet project schedules and deliverables.
+ Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to develop detailed electrical drawings.
+ Calculate power and lighting loads for building systems.
+ Review and interpret local and national codes; perform code analyses.
+ Design life safety systems, including fire alarms.
+ Select and design layouts for switchgear, transformers, panels, generators, UPS systems, and power distribution.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
+ 5–8 years of experience in electrical design for building systems.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP and Revit.
+ Strong experience with load calculations and small-to-medium project management.
+ Experience in data center projects.
+ E.I.T or PE certification required.
Preferred Skills:
+ LEED accreditation and knowledge of green building initiatives.
+ Mission-critical and commissioning experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
