Job Title: Architectural Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Project Manager to oversee all stages of project development from inception to completion. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations while managing the project budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee all stages of project development from start to finish.

+ Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

+ Manage the project budget and schedule diligently.

+ Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

+ Supervise and guide internal team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Revit.

+ Strong background in architecture and design.

+ Experience in project management within the architectural field.

+ Expertise in construction documentation and administration.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Degree in Architecture.

+ Architectural license preferred.

+ Over 10 years of experience in the architecture field.

+ Experience with institutional projects, including libraries, government centers, and new schools.

Work Environment

This role offers a flexible work environment with the requirement to be onsite in Providence, RI for 3-4 days a week, and the option to work from home 1-2 days a week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Providence, Rhode Island.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00/hr.
