Job Description

The Junior Program Assistant Project Manager will collaborate with the project/program team to support program milestones and input data into MS

Projects. This role involves managing project data and tasks in partnership with the project management team to ensure effective documentation of all

project data.

Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with the project/program management team to assist with program milestones.

+ Input and manage data in MS Projects.

+ Document all project data effectively.

+ Utilize MS Projects and Power BI for project documentation.

+ Partner with the program/project management team on all documents.

Essential Skills

+ Schedule planning

+ Project management

+ Proficiency in MS Project

+ Aerospace engineering experience

+ Familiarity with avionics systems and defense aerospace

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1-2 years of relevant aerospace experience (other industries considered but aerospace preferred)

+ Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Aerospace preferred but open to Mechanical, Manufacturing, and others)

+ Experience in project engineering, cost management, and budget management

+ Knowledge of AS9100 standards

Environment

The role is based at a small site with office space, assembly, and lab areas located in a modest office building within a small business park, alongside

companies like Maxar Technologies. The company specializes in space avionics and sensor systems, catering to commercial, space, and defense markets.

Employees will engage in the development, manufacture, and testing of video systems integrated into satellites, rockets, and spacecraft, as well as control

systems for experiments and payloads, and data management equipment. The company has been instrumental in over 150 successful space missions, including contributions to NASA's Artemis program.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
