We are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor of Merchandise to join our team in our Administrative Offices in Laureldale, PA!

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Oversee Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing, payments and resolution of vendor discrepancies

    + Supervise a small office staff

    + Positively and effectively interact with Vendors, Buyers, Logistics and other departments as required towards the goal of identifying and resolving issues

    + Maintain accuracy through problem solving and independent decision-making capabilities along with the skills to plan, organize, develop, interpret and implement business office programs, objectives and procedures

    + Acquire the ability to train and support coworkers in all Accounts Payable tasks

    + Assist the Accounts Payable Manager with all aspects of the division

    Qualifications:

    + College diploma or equivalent related experience

    + Prior retail experience is a plus

    + Computer skills should include a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

    + PeopleSoft experience is a plus.

    + Strong mathematical skills

    + Demonstrate critical analytical skills and sound judgment

    + Have a strong work ethic and have the ability to be innovative

    + Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

    + Ability to multi-task, with excellent time management skills
