Job Title: Project/Program Manager II

Job Description

Join a pivotal role in redefining grocery shopping through the Grocery Partnerships team. You will be at the forefront of expanding new grocery initiatives by onboarding merchants to the Amazon Fresh Program. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team to support partners in their integration process and optimize key business inputs.

Responsibilities

+ Proactively identify and mitigate risks that impact project deliveries across workstreams and drive corrective actions.

+ Deep dive into challenges and blockers to find solutions through innovative thinking.

+ Drive the creation of effective cross-functional project management mechanisms and tracking to ensure timely delivery of projects.

+ Effectively communicate project status and risks with partner teams.

+ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the status of all projects in progress.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

+ Over 2 years' experience in program/product management.

+ Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

+ More than 1 year of external-facing experience in sales, product, program, or project roles.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in FMCG sectors like snacks, beverages, toiletries, and other fast-moving consumer goods in business analysis, sales, retail operations, inventory management, brand management, or category analysis.

+ Experience with tech-product roadmaps.

+ Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

+ Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, or German.

+ SQL skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in NYC, DC, or Seattle. You will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, focusing on streamlining processes to enhance integration and optimize partner management.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
