SFS Group USA Inc, is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented SAP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team on-site in Wyomissing, PA. In this role, you will act as the vital link between business objectives and SAP technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders across departments to drive process improvements, optimize system performance, and ensure seamless integration of SAP functionalities with evolving business needs.

Objectives

+ Responsible for analyzing master data and data sources and identifying trends and patterns that can be used to improve business processes in the areas of Sales and Pricing, Inventory Planning, Forecasting and operational efficiency, including data-driven decision-making.

+ Ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of data across the organization, for Material Master data, Customer Pricing, Planning & Forecasting (Add-One).

+ Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing values in the data to ensure its quality.

+ Perform Analytics of data to uncover trends, patterns, correlations, and insights that can ensure informed business decisions.

+ Create clear and effective reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.

+ Provide data-driven recommendations that align with the organization's strategic goals.

+ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to monitor business performance over time.

+ Ensure that data handling practices adhere to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Principal duties

+ Gather and compile data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and integrity.

+ Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Utilize statistical methods and data modeling to support decision-making.

+ Proficiently utilize data analysis tools and software such as Excel and Power BI to perform data extraction, cleaning, visualization, and analysis.

+ Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.

+ Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data through regular validation checks on SAP, Add-One and other reports/dashboards.

+ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Sales and Operations to understand business needs and requirements.

+ Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed to answer specific business questions or address urgent issues.

+ Adhere to regulatory requirements and company polices, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.

+ Troubleshoots issues related to master data management, pricing and planning and identifies opportunities for improving data management processes.

+ Use knowledge of end-to-end data processes to analyze, cleanse, and enrich master data elements, and ensure that data flows efficiently and consistently between users and stakeholders.

+ Create, implement, and maintain master data management solutions that enable users to optimize system capabilities.

+ Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends.

Job Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in business, Business Analytics, Engineering or other relevant field or equivalent work experience.

+ In-depth understanding of SAP or equivalent ERP systems; Specific knowledge in the areas of Master Data, Material Management, Production Planning and Sales and Distribution is a plus.

+ Proficient in MS office applications; Strong Excel and/or Power BI

+ Detailed oriented and strong analytical skills.

+ Excellent written & verbal communications skills

+ Able to perform in a fast-paced, team environment, under pressure with time constrains while responding and adapting to change favorably and quickly.
