Job Description

Enterprise Horizon is seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Finance Specialist to join our team in support of our DoD customer. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Finance Modules (FICO, FM, etc.) and strong S/4 HANA experience.

Key Responsibilities

+ Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA functional specifications, focusing on Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Funds Management (FM), and Grants Management (GM) modules.

+ Configure and optimize SAP Finance modules (FICO, FM, GM, etc.) to support end-to-end finance processes in an S/4 HANA environment.

+ Document to-be business processes, system configurations, and integration points.

+ Participate in full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including requirements gathering, workshopping, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

+ Support system integration, data migration, and cutover activities across finance, procurement, and supply chain domains.

+ Support all testing activities in the finance area

+ Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), data validation, and cutover activities.

Requirements

+ Bachelors or equivalent substitution (Associates + 2 years' experience; High School Diploma + 4 years' experience; or relevant professional certification)

+ Active Secret Clearance preferred

+ Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA simple Finance modules (FICO, FM, GM, etc.)

+ Understanding of S/4HANA innovations, simplifications, and best practices

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
