    The Document Control Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining documents within the organization. This includes administering electronic document management systems, overseeing change control processes (such as Engineering Change Orders and Deviations), and ensuring documents are reviewed, approved, and accessible. The role also supports audits, maintains compliance, and coordinates employee training on current procedures.

    Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits (FDA, Notified Body) by preparing, organizing, and providing controlled documents and records. This ensures compliance and smooth audit processes. Training Coordination: Facilitate employee training on current procedures, track training records, and ensure staff are up-to-date with document control policies. Scanning/OCR Technology: Use scanning and optical character recognition tools to digitize and archive records, improving accessibility and efficiency. Multi-Priority Management: Handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing business needs. Required Education/Certifications/Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Certifications: No specific certifications required, but training in document control or quality management systems is a plus. Experience: 2+ years in document control, or (medical devices, pharmaceuticals) is preferred. Key Attributes of Success: Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teamwork High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain compliance with standards Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement Desired/Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with scanning and OCR technology Prior involvement in audit preparation and support Ability to train and educate staff on document control procedures Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
