What You’ll Do:

+ Monitor and follow up on payment status for 60–70 customer accounts

+ Handle straightforward accounts—no heavy collections or deep digging required

+ Upload invoices and perform basic data entry and processing tasks

+ Manage weekly check runs, including stuffing envelopes and stamping outgoing checks

+ Maintain incoming U.S. mail and ensure timely distribution

+ Communicate with internal teams to resolve account or invoice issues

+ Use a mix of email and phone communication to follow up with customers

What You Bring:

+ Customer service skills – You’re comfortable reaching out and following up

+ Excel knowledge – Familiarity with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs is a plus

+ Office experience – 1–2 years in a professional setting preferred

+ Phone confidence – You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and get answers

+ Collections experience – Nice to have, but not required

+ Attention to detail – You’re thorough and accurate in your work

Bonus Skills:

+ Experience with B2B collections

+ Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
