Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires:
Highly skilled and strategic operations leader to manage and scale global team focused on data annotation, prompt engineering, LLM model evaluation, and data creation. This role will own operational excellence, performance metrics, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-functional alignment to ensure high-quality delivery in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership & Management – Lead, mentor, and inspire a large-scale team across multiple functional areas; define organizational structures, career paths, and capability development.
• Operational Excellence – Develop, monitor, and optimize metrics/KPIs to measure productivity, quality, and throughput; implement continuous improvement processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, align deliverables, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Process & Workflow Design – Establish efficient workflows for data annotation, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and fine-tuning data creation.
• Collaboration with Sales – Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities, provide operational insights, and support business growth strategies.
• Strategic Planning – Forecast resource needs, plan budgets, and contribute to long-term capability building for AI data services.
• Quality & Compliance – Maintain high quality standards and ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of operations management experience, with at least 5 years leading large, distributed teams in technology or data services.
• Proven success in defining and tracking operational metrics and driving measurable performance improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience translating business requirements into scalable operational plans.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, including data annotation, LLM evaluation, and prompt engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $175000.00 - $225000.00/yr.
We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
Additional earnings may be available through incentive programs like annual bonuses, profit sharing, etc.
