Description

• Provide desktop support and troubleshoot enterprise and Windows applications (e.g., Office, Adobe, Microsoft Teams, Office 365).

• Handle user provisioning and onboarding processes via Active Directory, adhering to global IT governance and SOPs.

• Troubleshoot hardware including computers, printers, copiers, multi-functional devices, etc.

• Work with vendors for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and installation/operation qualifications.

• Image and set up computer hardware, utilizing Intune.

• Address tickets from the ticketing system, focusing on hands-on and physical tasks that cannot be handled remotely.

• Collaborate with the US IT team and global IT for projects, including infrastructure lifecycle management (e.g., network switches, access points).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience.

• Strong technical skills to work independently and with vendors.

• Experience with Intune.

• Ability to work effectively in an environment with approximately 110 employees.

• Flexibility to drive to additional office location for support, with mileage expensed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $43.00/hr.
