Raymond Corporation (Toyota Materials Handling North America) in Greene, NY is looking for a qualified Desktop Support Technician to assist with their Windows 11 Migration.

Job Summary: The IT Deployment Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. This role involves deploying new technology solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration within the client's environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software systems.

Perform system upgrades and migrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to deployment.

Collaborate with clients to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.

Document deployment processes and maintain accurate records.

Provide training and support to end-users.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Assist in the development of deployment strategies and plans.

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Deployment Technician or similar role.

Experience utilizing SCCM for imaging and deployment purposes

Strong knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration.

Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
