    Job Title: Data Center Technician

    Shifts Available:

    + A Side Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & every other Wednesday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    + A Side Nights: Same days | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

    + B Side Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday & every other Wednesday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    + B Side Nights: Same days | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

    L4 Technician

    + L4 Technician- 5+ years of dedicated DC Experience Required. Team will be handling troubleshooting of large GPU deployments inside an enterprise DC environment

    Job Summary

    Technicians will support data center operations including:

    + Removing network cables during decommissioning

    + Running, labeling, and staging power and networking cables

    + Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and hardware replacements

    + Preparing and staging equipment for startup/shutdown

    + Conducting physical audits of data center assets

    Responsibilities

    + Monitor systems for equipment failures or performance issues

    + Respond to error messages and resolve or escalate issues

    + Assist in testing and debugging new programs

    + Operate software tools (e.g., spreadsheets) to manage and report data

    Qualifications

    + Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

    + Preferred: Associate’s degree in Computer Programming or equivalent training

    + 5+ years of Data Center experience (for L4 roles)

    + Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

    + Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $44.00/hr.
