Responsibilities

The Lean Marketplace Coordinator will support the Marketplace Manager in the day-to-day operations of the system. This role ensures materials are properly stocked, replenished, and delivered efficiently to production areas.

+ Support the rollout and daily operations of the LEAN Marketplace.

+ Monitor material stocking levels and manage Kanban replenishment.

+ Maintain workplace organization and visual management standards.

+ Track performance data and provide reporting to support improvement initiatives.

+ Partner with production staff to ensure materials and supplies meet demand.

Qualifications

+ Associates degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

+ 2+ years of experience in materials coordination, production support, or warehouse roles.

+ Familiarity with lean principles and 5S practices.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
