    **Position Summary:** The position leads and coordinates the activities of employees.

    **Essential Responsibilities:** (Critical) Leads the activities of employees; provides technical guidance to Forklift Operators; troubleshoots worker and logistic problems and recommends solutions. Engages in interactive communication. Trains workers in production methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures, and company policies. Monitors comprehension and re-trains as necessary. (Critical) Adheres to schedule and maintains regular attendance at work-site. Works overtime as assigned.

     

    (Critical) Maintains a safe and clean work environment, returns all tools after use to proper storage location, and performs routine housekeeping (i.e.: cleaning, organizing). Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Identifies unsafe working conditions and notifies supervisor.

     

    (Critical) Ensures that the yard is organized, product is properly stored, and product is easily accessible to load trucks or pull orders as requested by customers. Coordinates with management team and Truck Drivers to ensure there are no loading or product issues.

     

    (Critical) Operates forklifts and other machinery to meet deadlines and customer demands. Coordinates with management

    Licenses and Professional Certifications:

    Forklift Driving Certification - Required

    **Qualifications:** Previous supervisory experience Basic understanding of dispatch and logistics function
