    The Kinetic Group is a world leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of small caliber ammunition under the iconic brands Remington, Federal Premium, CCI, Speer, Fiocchi, Hevi-Shot and B&P.     The Client Service Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. This role supports both onsite and remote users and plays a key part in maintaining IT service quality and user satisfaction.

     

    This position reports to the IT Manager and is based out of our Lonoke, Arkansas office.

    What you'll do:

    + Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.

    + Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.

    + Respond to and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner.

    + Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.

    + Support onboarding/offboarding processes including device setup.

    + Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and asset inventory.

    + Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.

    + Assist with remote support using remote desktop tools and VPN troubleshooting.

    + Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.

    + Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., infrastructure, security, applications) to resolve cross-functional issues.

    Experience you bring:

    + Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + 2+ years of experience in desktop support or helpdesk environment.

    + Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.

    + Familiarity with Active Directory, SCCM, and remote support tools.

    + Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

    You might have:

    + Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc).

    + Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

    Work Environment:

    Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.

    Pay Range:

    $24.81 - $34.71

     

    The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
