Iconica is seeking a Construction Project Manager II to join our team!

The Construction Project Manager II will lead mid-sized projects while supporting senior team members on larger, more complex projects. Key responsibilities include:

+ Driving project success through effective cost management and risk mitigation.

+ Delivering high-quality spaces that meet performance and design expectations.

+ Managing project schedules, overseeing safety, and ensuring commitments are met.

+ Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to foster long-term collaboration.

Qualifications & Background:

+ Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).

+ Four years of experience in commercial construction; prior project management experience is preferred.

+ Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Procore is a plus.

+ Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.

+ Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.

+ Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ High initiative and eagerness to learn.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
