    Description

    Major Duties and Responsibilities:

    Serve in a leadership capacity by building partnerships with local service providers, organizations, andagencies with existing networks on the county and state levels. Convene and manage a collation of representatives to develop strategies to address client needs among targeted community areas.

     

    Serve as regional expert on outreach, resource and community involvement. Work closely with the Outreach Worker, Family Partner Work to ensure that the community is represented in all aspects of community assessments. Promote involvement of the targeted community in all sponsored and/or held community events, programs, and services. Serve as spokesperson and media contact for community issues. Establish and manage Vineland Family Success Center Work closely with the targeted population and existing networks to ensure the needs families are met.

     

    Duties & Responsibilities

     

    Manage startup & day-to day operations ensuring FSC Standard Prevention, Principle of Family Support Protective Factors and Program Manual are adhered to at all times

     

    Develop and manage working collaboratives partnerships in the community and with families/parents and actively participate in networking

     

    Develop and coordinate outreach efforts

     

    Oversee, supervise, and support staff in all aspects of their responsibilities

     

    Complete reports and ensure data collection and manage internal budget

     

    Facilitate groups meetings and ensure staff training and parental involvement

     

    Perform all other related duties

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and three years related work experience. Valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation. Other desirable qualifications: Proficiency in written English (and Spanish preferred). Proficiency in partnership develop and management. Public speaking experience. Must be subject to a background check. Strong Leadership skills and organizational skills required.
