What You’ll Do:
+ Provide direct nursing care while assisting in planning and evaluating resident needs
+ Serve as Charge Nurse and supervise CNA staff
+ Administer medications (including controlled substances) per policy and physician orders
+ Support resident hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and comfort
+ Transcribe physician orders, assist with medical rounds, and ensure lab tests are completed as ordered
+ Observe, document, and report changes in resident conditions to the RN Supervisor and physicians
+ Develop and implement resident care plans and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
+ Carry out restorative nursing measures in collaboration with therapy services
+ Arrange transportation for resident appointments as needed
+ Ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care at all times
