    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Siding, Window, and Door Installer to join our team. This role involves working hands-on at residential job sites, installing a variety of exterior products while ensuring top-notch workmanship, safety, and efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    Install windows, siding, doors, and related exterior components

     

    Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision

     

    Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized

     

    Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and specs

     

    Communicate with project managers and homeowners professionally

     

    Assist in training apprentices or newer crew members as needed

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    GED

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    1+ years of experience in siding, window, or door installation

     

    Familiarity with proper flashing, weatherproofing, and exterior finish techniques

     

    Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions

     

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

     

    Strong work ethic, dependability, and pride in craftsmanship

     

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

     

    Basic hand and power tools (preferred, but company tools available if needed)
