    What You Will Do

     

    + Build knowledge of products to assemble and manufacture various product lines

    + Performs routine work in all production areas with limited supervision

    + Ensures quality of product using standard operating procedures, templates, training, and good judgment

    + Perform all duties in a professional manner and work as a member of the team

    + Cross departmental duties including warehousing and fulfillment

     

    Who We Are Seeking

     

    + Demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude by diagnosing and repairing complex machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

    + Ability and desire to work as a hands-on team member

    + Strong priority and time management skills

    + Highly organized with strong attention to detail

    + Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines when required

    + Familiarity with or ability to train on equipment operation

    + Moderate computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)

    + Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with rapidly changing priorities

    + Self-motivating and self-managing with a high degree of creativity and analytical ability

    + High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of experience and education

     

    Ability to meet physical requirements of production facility; standing for 2+ hours, extended reach, lifting requirements up to 50lbs, occasionally climb, kneel, or bend.
