    Insight Global is looking for a desktop support technician for a large healthcare company in Orange, CA. The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for maintaining computer equipment and providing support to anyone within an organization who needs technological assistance. They do everything from perform maintenance to configure components and software, and install routine updates to system software.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 1+ years of experience within an IT helpdesk / Field Service Tech / Desktop Support Technician role

     

    - 1+ years of experience supporting a Windows / PC environment

     

    - 1+ years of experience with a ticketing systems

     

    - Ability to drive to local sites for field service support

     

    - Enterprise Experience

     

    - Covid 19 Vaccination - Strong communication skills

     

    - A+, N+, S+, or CCNA Certification
