    Job Description

    C Spire Cloud Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This Project Manager will need to hit the ground running to manage IT deployments and customer projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage the complete lifecycle of IT projects, particularly cloud deployments (Azure), infrastructure/data center implementations, and security solutions

     

    Oversee process flow around deployments for both new clients (greenfield solutions) and existing client upgrades

     

    Coordinate with internal teams (approximately 15 team members) to ensure timely project delivery

     

    Manage the end-customer experience throughout the project lifecycle

     

    Identify, mitigate, and resolve issues that arise during implementation

     

    Help build out and implement Agile methodology practices

     

    Navigate and utilize existing tools like ServiceNow and Smartsheet as needed

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment

     

    Strong background managing process flow around deployments

     

    Experience managing customer-facing IT projects, particularly in cloud services, infrastructure, or security

     

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with both technical teams and customers

     

    Background in MSP environments

     

    Experience supporting M&A with rapid deployments

     

    Familiarity with SNOW and/or Smartsheet

     

    PMP a plus
