    Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities.     We are seeking an experienced Finisher for our second shift manufacturing team. This role will entail applying various chemicals and solvents to circuit cards with military specifications. Come support various programs in electronic warfare using your skills in manufacturing. You will work in a manufacturing team that supports critical mission capabilities.

    Key Roles, Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

    + Selects and mixes finishing materials: coats and /or touches up product with such materials as paint, acrylic, varnish, enamel, lacquer, and stain using.

    + Works from blueprints and process sheets to develop finishing processes, applications and techniques where thickness tolerances are critical.

    + Ensures proper surface masking and preparations, mixing epoxies and solvents to appropriate ratios by weight, volume or viscosity, incorporating a knowledge of scales and weights and how substances interact.

    + Collaborate with team members and engineering team to produce quality products.

    + Inspects results to ensure conformance to IPC-610 standards.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Highschool Diploma

    + Able to read and interpret work instructions and mechanical drawings

    + Must be able to wear and work in respirator

    + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

    + Effective communication and team work.

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Computer literacy

    + Experience with handling circuit cards

    + Ability to use a microscope

    + Experienced in conformal coat application

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $39219 - $62751

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
