    This is a full time onsite Industrial Engineering role. The individual selected for the position will support operation processes for our microwave factories on a variety of products and programs.

     

    The position will entail working in cross-functional teams to identify and solve industrial engineering problems though-out the business. Activities will include capacity modelling, AutoCAD floor layout design, process improvement, and various other tasks.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + B.S. in Industrial Engineering or comparable technology/engineering degree

    + Effective communication (cross shift, written, PowerPoint, and various levels of audiences

    + Knowledge of Lean Principles

    + Microsoft office application proficiency

    + AutoCAD or other 2-D or 3-D CAD

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Discrete event simulation modelling

    + Basic programming experience (SQL, VBA, python, DAX, etc.)

    + 6 sigma certification

    + Project management

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $63653 - $108210

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
