Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator in Tulsa, OK to support our client's journey toward a CARF accreditation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys organization, and is passionate about improving systems and processes. You’ll be instrumental in helping transition from paper-based workflows to digital systems, manage training logistics, and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.

- Coordinate and track progress on CARF accreditation-related tasks

- Digitize paper records and organize digital filing systems

- Watch internal training videos and develop quizzes to assess comprehension

- Distribute training materials and monitor completion rates

- Perform data entry and maintain documentation logs

- Assist with internal audits and compliance tracking

- Provide general administrative support across departments as needed

- Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements

- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare reports

Skills and Requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based tools (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive)

Ability to create quizzes and assessments based on training content

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to work 20-30 hours per week Prior experience in a non-profit or healthcare setting

Familiarity with CARF standards and accreditation processes

Experience with learning management systems (LMS)

Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Smartsheet)

Understanding of HIPAA or other compliance frameworks

Experience supporting C-level employees
