    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Software Development Lead to join our team. As a Software Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading a distributed Scrum team to develop high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in AWS, Node.js, React.js, Express, and Atlassian tools will be critical in making architectural decisions and guiding the team through the software development lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Full Stack Development – Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

    • Code Quality – Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following industry best practices.

    • Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality solutions.

    • Performance Optimization – Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure applications run smoothly.

    • Stay Updated – Keep up with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the tech stack.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Experience – 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong emphasis on web technologies.

    • Front-End Skills – Proficiency in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js; strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

    • Back-End Skills – Expertise in Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET; experience with RESTful APIs

    • Database Management – Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) local and cloud hosted.

    • Version Control – Proficiency with Git and GitHub/BitBucket workflows. • System Architecture – Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure best practices in software design.

    • Testing – Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD).
